Hubby just went out this late at night to buy a loaf of garlic bread in the nearby pizza house. I actually do not like garlic but this garlic bread there makes me appreciate little by little the taste of garlic. They also have garlic in my fave pasta dish there but I don’t mind at all coz I cannot taste it anyway. What I hate is when I can taste the garlic in my mouth. I’m really gonna have to take it out of my mouth and take something to cover the taste. Thanks to hubby for buying the garlic bread. The pizza house is close tomorrow. This is what the lil boy and I eat lately. We just toast it and it could already be my meal. The lil boy likes it too when we toast it. You gotta try it if you live in town.
Starbucks Abreeza as it is so-called by some or simply Starbucks Davao to Open in Abreeza Ayala Mall Davao which will open on May 2011.
That is some good news to coffee lovers in Davao especially me! When I get to travel to other places that has a SB store, I try to make sure I visit it and buy a souvenir coffee mug or tumbler. I am not much of a fan yet of their coffee but there are some which I would love to try when it does open next year.

These were just three of the yummy birthday cupcakes from the first birthday party which the boys and I attended last Saturday. The mom of the celebrant who happen to be hubby’s former HS classmate was so kind to give me three pieces – one each for me and the boys. I was surprised to taste the cupcake as it was delicious chocolate moist cupcake. I did not want to eat the fondant icing toppings but it was too sweet to resist. The party and the food made me forget about diet and the diet supplements I have almost always been talking about here. These supplements are there anyway for the purpose of helping us lose weight when we cannot resist eating too much, right? Okay enough excuses made. But I have to tell you these yummy birthday cupcakes are indeed colorful and sweet temptations I wanna eat again.
Hubby brought home a late dinner treat last night coming home from work. He bought Eduardo’s 20 Inch Super De Luxe Pizza. If we keep having this, it will necesitate a quick weight loss diet for me or else I’ll gain weight again. We usually order their 20 inch Meat Lovers pizza like the one shown in the photo, since we discovered this pizza house in K-1 Cuisine also known before as Red Moon located in the K-1 compound in Torres Street here in the city.
All their pizza is super thin crust so I am making an excuse that it is not over indulgence when we order their 20 inch pizza. They also have 10 inch pizza and their popular 36 inch four seasons pizza. The crust is so thin that you can even fold a slice of pizza and I eat it that way making you taste the pizza more, while others roll it before eating it. Others say the crust is like really thin pita bread and yes it is really thin. But a few slices can already make you feel so full already.
When I first mentioned this large size, super thin pizza to my friends, they said indulging in it will really make me gain back the weight I have lost. I have been trying to avoid eating rice or carbo rich food and do some exercise at home when I know we will be going there.
Oh well life can just be so delicious at times you cannot say no.
