Playing games online can be addicting and I would not wonder why many blogger friends bought the Xbox 360 along with xbox accessories that will enhance their interactive and fun gaming experience. I would not deny, I was tempted to canvass for this last year and I just wish we’d get one this year. I hope that won’t just remain to be a wish in my wish list but a reality that would be made possible by the blessings we will receive this year.
A male friend was asking me what would be a great Valentine gift he could give to his wife. It took me awhile to answer because basically I don’t really personally know his wife but if I’d think of women in general I gave him some suggestions and my first was diamonds. Yes, I told him since for some of not most women say diamonds are their bestfriend. I then told this friend to see those loose diamond earrings and rings I have seen before and he could also give any other diamond jewelry that he thinks his wife would love to get.

Now I have to go back to work with some house chores waiting to be finished. My short break time is over. I even have a few winks only during my very short nap as the lil boy just started his nap a few hours ago but I have to rouse myself coz I have to sterilize his bottles plus there are tasks to be done which makes me happy to have blessings. Thank you Lord for my and our work!
I got the chance to tune in to QTV and I am currently watching Full Time Moms while the lil boy is still sleeping and having his late afternoon nap. I wish I can watch this show more often coz basically I am a full time mom, part time OFW and the show is for moms. This show is hosted by real-life moms Suzi Entrata-Abrera and Christine Jacob-Sandejas. It’s a fun show and I am enjoying watching it now. This is a nice, fun and informative show for us mothers.

We were more into saving for our plan and project in the future. My sister told me once that it is also better not just to save but to invest these savings in something profitable and stable. She reminded me in a short talk we had a few weeks ago that there are many options to save and invest. One thing I know is that an investor should protect their savings and investment from inflation. If you have the means, you can invest and buy gold bullion which is far more stable than paper currency and it becomes more valuable over time. This is one way which is said to be the safest way to protect your family’s private wealth. If only our savings is that big enough, I’d surely be willing to invest in something like that rather than just saving our money in the bank. Keep in mind to save and invest as much as you can but also choose well where you invest. You’d never wanna let the money you have worked hard and saved for go to waste.

There is a new twist to our house project #2 and hopefully will be able to work out successfully. If this new plan push through, we may then next plan for the renovation of the house we have not visited for a long time. I know it needs a lot of renovation since from the start, the developer did not build it well as what we expected. The materials used mostly were substandard in my opinion and it seems obvious if you have seen the house before.
Anyway, so we have decided to just have that renovated and probably have a tile flooring part of the renovation. I already saw samples of the tiles I wanna use for the house. If you need or is searcing for tiles, check out buytile.com, a floor and wall covering company and they have a lot of choices of tiles to choose from. For us now, the budget is what we have to work on that is. Plus we need to probably put a fence around the house if we still can afford that. Then we can have it rented out as a first option or have that assumed or for sale. I hope plans work out well so this means for us to save more and more plus we need to work harder. I’m praying the Lord will bless us and help us in fulfilling these plans.
