Leche Flan from Max’s and Hukad in Abreeza Davao

I love leche flan!

It is one of my all, old time favorite dessert. My mommy used to make this often when we were much younger. When we did not worry about the cost of electricity during those days, we would cook this as often as we could.

These days I would just order this if we get to dine at either Max’s or Hukad which have the delicious leche flans in town that I like as far as I can remember. I have not tasted those from the others since these are the ones readily available. I want to try again those from Goldilocks and Cecils. As far as I can remember though these from Max’s and Hukad are worth it. Just a little expensive though which makes me wish I could just make my own and much bigger at home! On second thought, better not because I’d most likely just raise my blood sugar level unnecessarily eating what i make all by myself since the boys do not have the sweet tooth like me. Elsewhere, I can limit it to just one serving no more than once a week as long as my allowance allows me to indulge in this.

Since then I have been looking for another way to find a good storage and I read about this cloud storage from another friend of mine who is more techy than me. Read more…

Green Coffee Davao

Finally after passing up the opportunity to try this coffee shop, we finally dropped by at Green Coffee along Torres Street in Davao City. We had a quick dinner for the little boy who had pizza at Coco’s South Bistro then we walked to Yoh Froz for some frozen yogurt after which we crossed the street to Green Coffee. A fellow DB’s status that intrigue me was one of the reasons why I finally decided we should check this place out. Read more…
